The loans are consumer contracts for automobiles, credit cards and/or mortgages. They may be newly originated, seasoned or charged-off. Loans are sold with or with-out servicing. Loan servicing is offered through Consumer Loan Servicing, Inc. (“CLSI”). CLSI has the ability to act as sole servicer or as a master servicer.
